Measure sticks seen in the book "Americas Lost Treasure"

These are the measure sticks and marking balls used to document the wreck site of the SS Central America. I found all these in a storage room on the Arctic Discoverer along with numerous plastic trays like the one seen in the top picture. The sticks are weighted so they would stay in place on the ocean floor. Item comes with a letter of authenticity.

This ammo box was found on the ship, at first we thought the crew may have had guns on board, but it turns out that these were used to transport the gold from the ship to the armored cars when the ship returned to port. If you watch the History channel's show "History's Mysteries, Ship of Gold" you will see the crew carrying the ammo boxes with the gold in them. Another cool artifact from the ship! Item comes with a letter of authenticity.
